Terms of Service — MyPetCareAI

1. Agreement to Terms

MyPetCareAI ("we," "us," "the Service") is operated by Bee Inspired Enterprise Solutions Corp. ("Company"). By creating an account, using the Service, or purchasing a Blueprint, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Veterinary/Medical Disclaimer, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, make a purchase, or otherwise use MyPetCareAI. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. The Service

MyPetCareAI lets you create a profile for your pet and generate a personalized Pet Care Blueprint — a one-time, AI-generated report covering care recommendations based on the information you provide. The free tier includes a basic Care Snapshot; the paid Blueprint ($27, one-time purchase) unlocks the full 15-section report. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

4. Not Veterinary Advice

See our full Veterinary/Medical Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In short: MyPetCareAI is not a veterinary service, Blueprint content does not constitute veterinary medical advice, and using the Service does not create a veterinarian-client-patient relationship ("VCPR").

5. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@mypetcareai.com of any unauthorized use.

6. User Content & License

Photos and information you upload about your pet ("User Content") remain yours. By uploading User Content, you grant Bee Inspired Enterprise Solutions Corp. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process it solely to provide the Service to you (including sending it to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your Blueprint). We do not use your User Content to train publicly available AI models, and we do not use it for marketing without your separate consent. You may delete your User Content at any time, which ends this license for that content (subject to reasonable backup/caching periods).

7. Payments

Blueprint purchases are processed securely through Stripe. The price is set and enforced server-side; MyPetCareAI never sees or stores your card details. See our Refund Policy for what happens if something goes wrong.

8. Product & Diet Mentions

Any product, brand, diet, or supplement mentioned in a Blueprint is for general educational purposes only and does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement. What's appropriate for one pet can be harmful for another based on species, breed, age, weight, and health conditions. Always consult a licensed veterinarian before changing your pet's diet or introducing a new product or supplement.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; interfere with or disrupt the Service; scrape or systematically harvest data from the Service; reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Service; impersonate another person; or use the Service as a substitute for professional veterinary care in an emergency.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE AND ALL BLUEPRINT CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT BLUEPRINT CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC PET. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEE INSPIRED ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS CORP. AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY VETERINARY, HEALTH, OR CARE OUTCOME RESULTING FROM DECISIONS MADE BASED ON BLUEPRINT CONTENT, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE BLUEPRINT IN QUESTION. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bee Inspired Enterprise Solutions Corp. and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or decisions you make regarding your pet's health based on Blueprint content.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet or hosting-provider outages, or failures of third-party services we rely on (Supabase, Stripe, Anthropic, Vercel).

15. Assignment

We may assign or transfer these Terms and our rights and obligations under them, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, without your consent. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.

16. Notices

We may provide notices to you by email to the address on your account. Notices to us should go to support@mypetcareai.com.

17. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.

18. Termination

We may restrict or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service. If your account is terminated, you may not create a new one without our written approval.

19. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect, and the invalid part will be modified only as much as needed to make it enforceable.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Veterinary/Medical Disclaimer, and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Bee Inspired Enterprise Solutions Corp. regarding the Service, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
