1. Digital Good, Generated on Purchase

Your Blueprint is a virtual good generated specifically for your pet at the moment you buy it, using real computing resources at that time. Because of this, purchases are final and non-refundable once a Blueprint has been successfully generated — including if you feel the content doesn't match your expectations, since that reflects the inherent variability of AI-generated output rather than a failure of the Service.

2. When You Are Entitled to a Refund

If your Blueprint fails to generate, or a technical error on our end prevents you from accessing a Blueprint you paid for, contact support@mypetcareai.com and we'll either fix the issue or issue a full refund.
